This music video takes a look at the effects of trading what is temporary for what is important. Making disciples of our family is difficult, but the rewards are worth the efforts!  The song is by Mark Schultz, and is entitled "Do You Even Know Me Anymore."

What we like about the video below is that it captures the spirit of what it takes to disciple your child.  The parents are praying for their son before he is born, and they are making tremendous sacrifices to care for their child. We observe the husband loving his wife as Christ loves the church. The parents are thankful for the blessing of their son, they know their child intimately, and they see how the Lord is working through their son. Finally this reminds us of the brevity of our time with our children.  May we as parents follow Jesus to embrace each day with the same attitudes and resolve to fight for the eternal life and fruit of our children.  This video was produced by Igniter Media.

What does it take to make a disciple out of a child?  It takes everything.  It takes a parent being willing to die to self and to take up his cross and to follow Jesus.
