Predators lurk everywhere and seek to reach our children through television, movies, music, books, games, magazines, websites, social networking, bullies, texting, peer pressure . We need to be aware of the danger of child abductions, sexual predators, drugs, hookups, partying, the homosexual agenda, STD’s, teen pregnancy, school violence, shootings, pornography, gangs, satanic rituals, suicide, etc. The dangers are seemingly endless and Satan is working overtime. You need to become experts on the wolves.
Jesus Warned His Disciples, Do You?
Once you become informed and are ready to beat back the wolves that threaten your family, you must prepare your children to beware of them and if necessary fight too. They need to know about the kinds of wolves that threaten them, and how to deal with the attacks.
Jesus warned His disciples about the wolves of the day; the Pharisees, and secular rulers that were false teachers. In Mark 8:15 we read, “Be careful, ‘Jesus warned them.’ Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and that of Herod.” Parents, arm your children with knowledge and tools to ward off the attacks of the enemy!
